  • What are micro-greens? Micro-greens are young, edible seedlings of vegetables and herbs harvested just after their first true leaves develop. They are known for intense flavor, vibrant color, and high nutrient density, making them a popular addition to everyday meals and gourmet dishes alike.


  • How are micro-greens different from sprouts Micro-greens are grown in a soil or growing medium and harvested above the root once leaves form. Sprouts are germinated seeds eaten whole, including the seed and root. Micro-greens offer more complex flavors, better texture, and higher concentrations of beneficial nutrients.


  • Are your micro-greens safe to eat raw? Yes. Our microgreens are grown using clean, controlled growing practices and can be enjoyed raw straight from the package or added to cooked dishes for extra flavor and nutrition.


  • Why are micro-greens considered healthy? Micro-greens are rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and plant compounds that support overall wellness. Many varieties contain higher nutrient concentrations than their mature vegetable counterparts.


  • What varieties do you offer? We grow a curated selection of micro-greens including broccoli, radish, speckled pea, sunflower, kale, Amaranth, as well as premium micro-greens like cilantro, basil and specialty micro-green blends. Each variety is selected for flavor, freshness, and nutritional value.


  • Do you sell organic growing supplies? Yes. In addition to fresh micro-greens, we offer verified organic micro-green seeds, soil, and fertilizer for growers who want to produce high-quality micro-greens at home or at scale.


  • How should micro-greens be stored? Store micro-greens refrigerated in their original container or an airtight container. Keep them dry and avoid excess moisture to maintain freshness and extend shelf life.


  • How long do micro-greens stay fresh?  We harvest dry and within 24 hours of every delivery to maximize shelf-life.  Properly refrigerated and kept dry, our micro-greens stay fresh at least 14 days.


  • How can I use micro-greens? Micro-greens are versatile and can be added to salads, sandwiches, bowls, smoothies, wraps, eggs, soups, and plated dishes. They are also commonly used as a fresh garnish to elevate presentation and flavor.
